1. One person per Ticket, regardless of age.
2. Tickets cannot be exchanged nor payment refunded.
3. Customers who purchase tickets during the first round of sales (April 2 to two weeks before the performance) will receive an email with a PDF e-Ticket one week before the performance.
4. Entry may be refused if any details on the Ticket have beenomitted or altered or if the Ticket is damaged, defaced or otherwise mutilated.
5. Holders of concessionary Tickets will be admitted only on production of acceptable proof of eligibility.
6. Latecomers will be admitted only if there is a suitable break in the performance.
7. Ticket holders must produce proof of age if required to do so by the Venue Manager.
8. Children’s admission arrangements vary according to the Event.
