The International Symposium on strengths-based practices will be held from January 9, 2025 (starting on Thursday afternoon) to January 11, 2025 (Saturday).

Remarks for Participants:
- The Symposium reception will open at 1:45 pm on January 9, 2025 & 8:45 am on January 10, 2025.
- Please arrange your own transportation and arrive at the agency at 10am if you join the agency field trip on 11 January.

- Participants are welcome to enjoy drinks and snacks during the seminar break. In addition, lunch will not be provided at the conference. Participants are advised to go to restaurants near the University of Hong Kong. If you have any enquiries, please feel free to ask at the reception desk.
- The symposium is equipped with real-time AI subtitle interpretation.
- To avoid disturbing others, please switch all electronic equipment and sound-producing electronic devices to silent mode.
- If you have lost your personal belongings, please check with the reception desk. In addition, participants are asked to take care of their personal belongings. The symposium will not be responsible for any losses.
- The arrangements for severe weather activities are as follows:
- When a black rainstorm warning or tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or higher is in effect, the symposium will have the following special arrangements:
- If the above signal is still hoisted at or after 7 a.m., the morning session of the symposium will be cancelled;
- If the above signal is still hoisted at or after 12 noon, the afternoon session of the symposium will be cancelled.
- During the symposium, if the Observatory issues Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher, the symposium will be suspended.
- During the seminar, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues a black rainstorm warning signal, the symposium will continue.
- After the symposium, please fill in the symposium evaluation questionnaire , as your valuable opinions will help the symposium plan more suitable activities in the future.
