Terms & Conditions

• The public sales period is from 11am, 10 December 2024 , will be closed after the performance started or until all the tickets are sold (whichever is earlier)；when the sales start, those who are waiting at the page will be assigned a queue number randomly, and for those who come afterward will be assigned a queue number sequentially.
• A customer service fee of HK$38 will be charged for each ticket purchased.
• A maximum of 20 tickets are allowed to purchase for a performance in one POPTICKET account for every sales period. Tickets are available while stocks last.
• No refund, cancellation or amendment will be allowed once the tickets are sold. All relevant ticketing fees or services fees paid during the booking transaction including but not limited to the Customer Service Fee and handling / admin fee are non-refundable under whatever circumstances. There will be no replacement for any loss or damage of the tickets. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
• Ticket(s) will be sent to the email address that is provided with the transaction. Customers should ensure that the email address provided is correct. 
• Ticket booking is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by POPTICKET.
• This performance is marked seating and suitable for age 6 or above. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid e-ticket must be provided for admission. Once the e-ticket is used, the QR code will be deactivated from the system and cannot be reused.
• The Performance date and ticket seating are assigned by the organiser while the ticket sales is arranged by POPTICKET. No alteration or cancellation is allowed.
• The organiser may release or reduce seats in response to the force majeure clauses. In the event of performance cancellation, postponement or seats being reduced or reallocated, the organiser shall be solely responsible to arrange follow up actions according to the booking transaction record (including performance postponement, seats reallocation or refund of the ticket(s)).
• In the event of performance cancellation, postponement or seats being reduced, the organiser reserves the right to refund amounts paid for tickets or reschedule the performance. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall only be a refund in respect of the same value of the tickets purchased which shall not include any customer service fees or administrative fees charged (if any).
• The organiser and POPTICKET reserve the right to amend their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All matters and disputes are subject to the final discretion of the organiser and POPTICKET.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Admission tips

• All participants must follow the house rules for the venue. Anyone who fails to do so may be barred from entering.
• Tickets are valid only for the specified dates and times. 
• Tickets will be void if altered or defaced.
• Late-comers will be admitted only if there is a suitable break in the performance. 
• No smoking, eating or drinking is allowed in the venue. Unauthorized filming, photography, video or audio recording is prohibited. 
• The organiser reserves the rights to refuse participation or admission; or reject any person violating the rules. 
• A ticket holder may be refused admission if any details on the ticket have been omitted to altered or if the ticket is the damaged, defaced or otherwise mutilated.
