Jazz Society was founded by artistic director Alan Kwan to promote jazz and music through community outreach, education, and cultural programme curation.

Since the founding of the organisation in 2021, Jazz Society has engaged the public with community tours, carefully curated and programmed concerts, and a year-long composition programme, led by seasoned musicians and instructors.
