Dr. Carol Dweck, Professor of Psychology at Stanford University, once pointed out that there are two basic mindsets shaping our lives. People with a ‘fixed mindset’ believe their personalities, intelligence, creativity and other traits are innate and unchangeable; whereas people with a ‘growth mindset’ are the exact opposite, believing their different abilities can be nurtured, developed and improved, leading to limitless achievements. How can children develop a ‘growth mindset’? Patricia will explain the importance of a ‘growth mindset’ and the ways to create changes in the minds of children.
The talk is partnered with POPA Channel.
