Since 12 years ago, Accro Coffee has nurtured emerging baristas and become the home of Hong Kong and world champions. In this sharing, Accro Coffee founder and seasoned coffee expert Tsuyoshi Mok is joined by Chloe Lai, 2023 Hong Kong Coffee in Good Spirits Champion, to share coaching tips and stories participating in different competitions. Whether as a specialty coffee shop owner, or a professional barista, Tsuyoshi and Chloe’s experiences will shed insights on recent changes in the coffee ecosystem.
