Ply Pasarj, a Canadian barista who achieved an impressive 5th place in the 2021 World Brewers Cup, will be offering a masterclass exclusively for coffee enthusiasts in Hong Kong. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own brewing equipment to enhance their pour-over skills and fully extract the flavors of the coffee beans.
