Boram Um, the newly crowned 2023 World Barista Champion from Brazil, is back to share his latest competition and farming experiences with coffee enthusiasts in Hong Kong. Brewing coffee produced from his farm Fazenda UM, Boram will share the unique flavors of Brazil and discuss the most cutting-edge trends in the coffee industry.
Participants will also receive an exclusive gift of a PMQ Coffee Agenda x Loveramics Tasting Cup, one 80g bag of Fazenda UM Pulped Natural Catuai 785/15 (roasted by hushush coffee, provided by Coffeeder), one drip bag (WBC23 limited turning point blend), and one copy of Barista Magazine.

In mid-October, world-class champions, award-winning baristas and local experts gather to explore coffee's endless possibilities. Engage in exclusive experiences like coffee pairings, tastings and industry networking to discover the latest industry trends, and savour the unique artisanal coffee culture of Hong Kong.
