AeroPress is recently popularized as a coffee maker that allows easier control on temperature, ratio, grinding, coffee thickness and sweetness. With a minimal design, it offers the practice of diverse extraction methods. Zero Chan, founder of local coffee brand Number 9 Coffee, will share the charms of AeroPress and demonstrate extraction techniques with rare coffee beans.
