From selecting coffee beans to brewing gear, and practicing cupping and hand-dripped coffee techniques, discover the diverse flavors that coffee beans can create, and make a cup of coffee that is uniquely yours.

- Introduction to speciality coffee
- Introduction to the three major processing methods of coffee
- Introduction to ceramic filter cups
- Introducing to four different types of coffee cups
- Brewing and tasting coffee
- The workshop will be demonstrated through cupping and hand-dripped methods

About Coffee Agenda:
PMQ Coffee Agenda 2023 brings together local and global baristas once again for Hong Kong's annual coffee extravaganza. A series of preheat programmes begins in late September to welcome coffee newcomers to learn about the fundamentals of coffee-ware, latte art and coffee brewing. In mid-October, world-class champions, award-winning baristas and local experts gather to explore coffee's endless possibilities. Engage in exclusive experiences like coffee pairings, tastings and industry networking to discover the latest industry trends, and savour the unique artisanal coffee culture of Hong Kong.
