Beyond beautiful designs, latte art creates rich textures and flavours through the unique combination of coffee and milk. Organised by PMQ Coffee Agenda, the workshop dives into the craft of latte art with an introduction to espresso coffee, as well as the concept and skills behind milk frothing and pouring. After a demonstration of basic techniques, participants are invited to experience creating latte art on their own. This workshop welcomes home baristas who enjoy milk-based coffee and hopes to take their coffee craftsmanship to the next level.

The workshop includes:
- Introduction to speciality coffee
- Introduction to the three major processing methods of coffee
- Introduction to ceramic filter cups
- Introducing to four different types of coffee cups
- Brewing and tasting coffee
- The workshop will be demonstrated through cupping and hand-dripped methods

About Coffee Agenda:
PMQ Coffee Agenda 2023 brings together local and global baristas once again for Hong Kong's annual coffee extravaganza. In mid-October, world-class champions, award-winning baristas and local experts gather to explore coffee's endless possibilities. Engage in exclusive experiences like coffee pairings, tastings and industry networking to discover the latest industry trends, and savour the unique artisanal coffee culture of Hong Kong.
