Prior to embarking on a tour to the Mainland, Long Yu leads the HK Phil in Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade, a suite brimming with Eastern harmonies and storied legends. Young violin wunderkind Paloma So performs the Mendelssohn concerto.
